Hоw does one grоw а dеnѕе bеаrd or a rascally “crumb catcher” (read: mustache)? Iѕ thеrе аnуthіng more a fella саn dо tо stimulate more facial hair growth? Thank you so much for writing this article. The information I found here is very helpfull for me, I mean yes, would lie if I would say I have problems with my facial hair. My facial hair started growing when I was 15 years old and I am not talking only about a small rare moustache but about beard and most of my friends are a little bit jeleaus about that, but I am still not satisfied by the density of my beard, so I will follow the instructions provided in this article even though I have absoloutelly no problem with sleeping. I sleep at least 8 hours a night.
This is interesting because women are told the same things to help grow their hair and nails. Getting plenty of sleep and eating healthy. I take a vitamin specifically to help with hair and nail growth and I wonder if it would help with men.
I read another article stating that B7 helps so I guess there must be some truth to this. I know that most of us could gain a lot from eating healthier but it is just so much more convenient to take vitamins.
